Lead And Manage All Day-To-Day Cha Operations Including Import/Export Documentation And Customs Clearance.
Coordinate With Customs, Shipping Lines, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, And Clients For Timely Shipment Movement.
Supervise A Team Of Documentation Executives And Field Staff.
Ensure Accuracy And Compliance In Filing Bill Of Entry And Shipping Bill.
Stay Updated On Customs Regulations And Dgft Notifications.
Resolve Operational Bottlenecks And Ensure Efficient Cargo Handling.
Generate Reports And Present Operational Insights To Management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
8 To 15 Years Of Relevant Experience In Cha Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Customs Procedures, Port Operations, And Documentation.
Strong Leadership And Problem-Solving Abilities.
Excellent Communication And Client Coordination Skills.
Graduate In Any Discipline (Diploma In Export/Import Management Preferred).
Proficiency In Using Icegate, Edi Systems, And Microsoft Office.
